Take the chance to present at the workshop!

Abstract Preparation

Authors are invited to submit a 1 Page Abstract. Abstracts should be no more than one page of text and figures in length with references up to one additional half-page. The initial submission should explicitly include the primary results and findings, emphasizing new advances, theories and/or applications so that the Technical Program Committee will be able to understand the originality and the value of the work. A submission implies a willingness to register and present the work, if the abstract is accepted for presentation at the conference. Abstracts accepted by the Conference Technical Program Committee are expected to register for the conference and present their work.
Please send the abstract to info@aixacct.com. The deadline for abstracts is 19.01.2024!

Oral presentation

Onsite, a projector and a computer with MS PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available in every session room for regular presentations.

Preparation of Visuals

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST BRING THE PRESENTATION ON A USB MEMORY STICK IN ORDER TO TRANSFER IT TO THE COMPUTER IN THE PRESENTATION ROOM. Files can be uploaded to the computers in the lecture room during the breaks between sessions. To avoid software compatibility problems, speakers are advised to put .ppt, .pptx, and .pdf versions of their presentation on the USB stick.

Be warned that movies embedded in the presentations are not guaranteed to be played. In addition, avoid using fonts that are not present in the Windows operating system.

Speakers should arrive in their session room 15 minutes BEFORE the start of their session to report to the Session Chair.

The projectors are designed for 16:9 presentations so the authors are encouraged to prepare their presentations with that proportion.

Poster Presentations

The recommended poster format is portrait A0 (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm height). Double-sided adhesive tape and/or pins will be available in the poster area to put the posters on the panels.

Authors are required to print their own poster and are responsible for hanging up their poster before the start of the session and removing them after the session end. Authors should be present by their poster for questions for the full length of the session.

Each poster board onsite will be marked with a number that directly correlates with each poster in the PDF program. Please place your poster on the assigned board.
